The session will cover ways to use LinkedIn as a research tool to build stronger content in the LinkedIn profile. It will also demonstrate how to maximize connections and participation in groups to develop new career opportunities. About the Speaker 
Tom Dezell has assisted individuals in job and career development for more than 40 years, starting out working with individuals transitioning out of incarceration. He eventually joined the staff of the Maryland Department of Labor’s Professional Outplacement Assistance Center (POAC). This program serves individuals with professional, executive, managerial and technical backgrounds. He earned his CPRW in 2003 and CDCS in 2022 and has instructed hundreds of job seeking professionals on strategies to utilize their LinkedIn network to enhance job searches.
