About the Speaker

Unlike most PARW-CC members, Lili Foggle is NOT a resume writer.  She is a Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP), and the founder of Impressive Interviewing.  Her interview preparation service has helped hundreds of her clients – and many of her 57,000 TikTok followers - get the job they want and deserve.  In addition to her one-on-one clients, Lili has conducted a variety of large-scale interview skills training sessions. She has held multiple trainings for naval officers as part of the United States Navy’s Transition Assistance Program, presented a series of webinars for Topcoder's 1.5 million software developers, and most recently developed and taught classes for Fulbright Israel’s postdoctoral research fellows applying for U.S. academic positions. She is passionate about the power of interview skills to transform lives and careers – and she is thrilled to connect with, learn from and support PARW-CC members in coaching their clients to give authentic interview answers that will get the job.
