<description><![CDATA[Well - Zoom is used for interviewing, so CEIP teaches us how to use video, effectively.  Yes, we teach job seekers to LOOK IN THE CAMERA to come across as fully engaged - real - human - interested - friendly.   I believe it is too early in the game to give a percentage of coaches using Zoom.  But I would guess it's about the same number of people who realized PowerPoint presentations were better than overhead projector transparencies (if you even know what that is).  So YES... Zoom, Skype and other video platforms are here to stay - until the next great technological advancements displace them. ]]></description>
