QUESTION posed during the Spotlight on You webinar chat series: I am fortunate to be doing career coaching within a healthcare
organization. The employees that I am coaching are using this
opportunity to better themselves by taking courses. That is the good
news. The challenge as delivered by my boss yesterday is that I have
to justify keeping the coaching program. I am glad to be hearing from
you experts today to help me write up that proposal. I appreciate any
insights you can offer. Thank you!
