Looking for feedback, please. I have a 2nd interview for a career coaching consulting position with role play. Sam is looking for a director level position. He's been laid off. He needs a job in 90-days to maintain current living status. I have to determine what to discuss in the meeting and the job strategy. Here’s what I have planned: Discuss required salary, benefits, locations, his skills
The job strategy I recommend that he prepares a description of that perfect next position. The description should include company size, location, type manufacturing they are currently engaged, they provide the salary and benefits you’re looking for, identify the manufacturing companies in a hiring surge. Networking is the path to pursue if you want to try and find employment within the next 90 days. Simultaneously, I’d like to take a look at your resume and cover letter to see if any adjustments are needed. Next, I’d like to work together to create an action plan with a hard to the core steps to take to find that next great position.
