Hi all,

Hope you're all well in these crazy times.

I established a nice resume writing service in the eastern part of Europe (Belgrade, Serbia). One thing led to another during the years, and now I'm facing a full-fledged business with six employees and two to four orders per day.
The problem I'm facing is operations management.
With 25-35 orders in the pipeline at any moment and 6 writers, numerous inquiries, and continuous communication, I'm feeling that I'm losing control.

In that sense, is there anyone in a similar situation to recommend me a proper CRM/Project Management tool to manage prospects, clients, documents, projects, deadlines, and writers in a meaningful way?
The point is to stay sane while I make a transition to more organized, adequately documented processes and business flow.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Kind regards,
Vlad

Hi Vlad... Congratulations on your success! My experience has taught me that JibberJobber will do what you need. There are many options for your preferred customizations to allow it to work as you wish. Plus it serves job seeking clients well as a tool to organize their job search campaigns, so it can even be a profit center for you when your clients invest in the CRM platform. There's even a free version for clients if they don't need all the options as you will. It's afordable, customizable, user-friendly, and Jason Alba, the owner of JibberJobber, knows our industry well. Let him know I suggested you ask him about it so he'll know just what you need as he's very familiar with how we use it for my career advancement firm, and its seperate division (ProfilingPro) for providing services, materials, and support for colleagues with assessments for their clients. I keep the divisions of my company separate in JibberJobber by the "categories" and "tags" options. I'll be interested in what you learn and your thoughts after you connect with Jason. In support of your continued success! Jane
