I don't like the word "need." I don't like to be told what I need to do. I prefer the phrase "would benefit from..."

You are much appreciated for your comment, Jay! In fact, you've confirmed a very valuable lesson in the BENEFIT of understanding the preferences of those with whom we interact. People may think that others approach situations in the same way that they themselves do. Understanding the Science of Human Behavior, on which the DISC concept is based, teaches us that people are different. People have their own communication style preferences and somewhat unique behavioral trraits. Thank you, Jay. Best, JanePS. Jay, your comment promoted three additional thoughts: Did the "need to" prevent you from watching the video? Did you notice that the link within my post didn't have a space before my "in support of YOUR success!" ?Finally, when I used this platform to do my post, I opted for the HTML version of entering my information, which included a clickable link, bolding, etc., and also parapraph or new-line features. None of those appeared in the post above. Thoughts?
