What is the best way to handle concurrent and overlapping jobs?

Example:

Client has worked as a Property Manager 2008 - Present. They had several other jobs during that time period. Most recent was as a Product Support Representative 2015 - 2021.

Currently client has the Property Manager job listed as the fourth job on resume - because of the start date. Thinking that since they left the Product Support Representative role it might be better to list it first. Shows they are currently working. Interested in other thoughts.

Same client indicates that Property Manager job was in "Various Locations" - will be asking client if there was a HQ office to list as location for first choice or to least get the states "Various locations in CA and AZ". Appears that the company has LLCs in numerous states.

🧿 My POV 📌 When you have concurrent jobs, the clients next career target will drive which one is first on the resume and the reason LinkedIn allows you to order concurrent jobs on a profile. 📌 Some times it is strategic to leave a job off the resume if it derails the clients target and might create more questions and concerns for the hiring team.

I usually use the end date as my guide. In this case, I would put the most recent job listed as "present" first. Hope that helps. Clair
