<description><![CDATA[LinkedIn does not require the zip.  They can enter it, select their metro area and then delete it.  I don't advise that though, because they won't come up in a lot of searches from the recruiter side.  They can enter five metro areas under the Open to Work section as well. I suggest listing their profile by metro area vs. a city, which broadens things in their home area. I always tell my candidates that it is better to say no to an opportunity than to never hear about.  Plus, it's about networking, so having the zip in the profile helps other connections. ]]></description>
