<description><![CDATA[I have a client who received a message saying that her resume was a red flag for the "Recruiter's New Tracking System (RNTS) and that it was outdated. It was in a clean ATS-optimized format so I am confused. Has anyone heard of the RNTS thing and what it's looking for? I even tried to google it but nothing specific came up. ]]></description>
